Through meditation and service, it encourages participants to enhance their physical, mental, moral, emotional, and spiritual health. As a community service platform, RitamGlobal welcomes everyone interested in promoting wellbeing, offering opportunities for donation, meal service coordination, and the practice and promotion of RitamMeditations.

Rooted in the Vedic principle “Rita,” Ritam symbolizes truth and cosmic order, essential for maintaining balance and harmony across nature, society, and individuals. It underscores the importance of being in harmony with this principle for achieving peace and wellbeing, while deviation leads to imbalance and suffering.

Meditation for Wellbeing

Ritam Wellness is our podcast of discussions to share the Vedanta teachings and meditation to empower individuals for the promotion of our wellbeing. Our aim is to make meditation non-religious, enjoyable, simple, relevant and easily accessible to all.

Apart from individuals, our focus is on parents, teachers, health professionals, wellness officers in corporates and community leaders who will teach meditation to the younger generation.

Sarada meals Service

Expansion is Life ...

Unselfishness and compassion must be dynamic spiritual practices. The aim of SaradaMeals service is to facilitate active purification of your heart (chitta-suddhi) through selfless service. Cook an extra meal daily and provide to someone needy in the neighbourhood. Nurture you heart to grow in compassion and oneness with others. Retire to bed every night knowing that, because of your small service, someone is not going to bed hungry.

Meal Group Coordinators

We provide the platform and invite individuals, community groups, business houses, Clubs, NGOs etc, to manage their own SaradaMeals Group to serve their communities.

Meal Donors

If you wish to cook one or two extra meals daily and offer them to some needy person close by, maybe on a weekly basis, then join other service minded donors in one of our existing SaradaMeals groups.

Meal Recipients

If you genuinely need assistance with meals for yourself or family members, then please register with us. We will try to identify someone nearby who may be able to help you.
